XIA AESTHETICS POLICY
To our valued clients:

All consultations are complimentary. However, we do require a credit card on file to book your appointment. We are asking that all new and current clients supply this credit card number to be kept on file. All information is kept private and secure. This credit card will not be charged unless you cancel, reschedule, or no-show your appointment within our 48 hour cancellation policy – where a $50 fee will be assessed to your credit card on file. At the time of service if you choose to not use the card on file you may check out with another method of payment.

To best assist all of our clients we do have a 48 hour cancelation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel any of your appointments, please give us a call at 770-627-8643 a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule you at no charge. We value you as a client and your appointment time that we set aside for you is very important to us at Xia Aesthetics. Time booked for your treatment is reserved especially for you. We do our best to meet your scheduling needs and request that you respectfully adhere to our cancellation policy. We understand that unplanned circumstances can occur, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment; please understand that without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, we may require that the appointment be rescheduled, and it will be considered a cancellation. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate the full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with advanced notification of late arrival.
Failure to cancel or reschedule, with less than a 48 hour notice will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee.

No children or additional guests that are not receiving a service will be allowed.
**In lieu of the current COVID-19 outbreak, if you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms, we do ask you to cancel your appointment. If this does fall within the 48 hour window, this will be a one time exception to wave to $50 cancellation fee. However, with these symptoms, you will not be able to reschedule your appointment for a minimum of 3 weeks from the cancellation date. Sorry for any inconveniences and thank you for your understanding.
